The US Open Tennis Championships is one of the 4 grand slam events of tennis and is actually the 4th & final grand slam of the year. The hardcourt tennis tournament generally takes place from late August to early September every year. USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York City hosts the tournament.
