Aaron Rodgers extended his tenure with the club Green Bay Packers. He signed a three-year extension with the team. Through this contract, he has become the highest-paid player in the history of the NFL. The Packers pay him more than $50 million in a year. He has completed 69.8 percent of his passes for 8,414 combined yards, 85 touchdowns, and nine interceptions over the last two seasons. In his 17 years long career with Green Bay Packers, he has won one Super Bowl.

Russell Wilson made 149 consecutive regular-season starts before missing his first game in 2021 after suffering a finger injury. The former Seahawk has averaged 3,987 passing yards, 31 passing touchdowns and nine interceptions per 17 games played during his career. He also won a Super Bowl during his second season and was named the Walter Payton Man of the Year for 2020. At present, he is the second highest-paid player in NFL. He makes $49 million every season which is really not a mere amount of money.

Kyler Murray has confirmed that he signed a five-year extension with the Arizona Cardinals this offseason, locking him down for the foreseeable future and it will run until the 2026-27 season. At just 24 years old, the talented hurler has improved his passer rating every season since entering the league back in 2019. And although he has had some playoff struggles, Murray is one of the best young quarterbacks in the league. Now, he’ll be paid like one. He gets more than $46 million annually at his team.

Deshaun Watson has signed a five-year, $230 million deal with the Browns after arriving via trade earlier in the offseason. The contract is fully guaranteed, so despite Watson’s 11-game suspension to start the 2022 season, he stands to make a significant amount of money. He earns $46 million annually. Though he is undoubtedly an excellent player, he is convicted of many sexual allegations.

Patric Mahomes has played back-to-back two Super Bowls in his four years career in Kansas City Chiefs and never fail any AFC Championship. He has averaged 5,129 yards, 41 pass TDs, and 10 interceptions per 17 games he played. It doesn’t look like the Chiefs are going to regret giving him the NFL’s most affluent contract for 10 years, $450 million any time soon. The contract with the team will run until 2031-32. His annual salary at Kansa is more than $45 million and it is expected that it will increase following years.
